    Warped first time I used them.I have had Anolon baking sheets for many years and loved them. It was time to replace them and I can honestly say that this is not the same quality product as the originals. I am SO disappointed. Will not buy again.2Sturdy Bakeware (and stylish too)Very sturdy bakeware. I'd actually purchased this as an anniversary gift for my husband, bronze to mark our 8th year together. It does stain so clean it as soon as you are able. The hand protectors on either side were a bit of a worry for me. I thought that they would melt at high temperatures but we've baked several items on this and so far, everything is wonderful.5Very strong first impressions!!!I'm impressed. Well built--for me, the right size. First couple uses--pan roasting veggies at 425-450 was perfect. Nothing came close to sticking and it was clean with a wipe! I'm not going to spray or oil them--I toss veggies in hi-temp peanut or avocado oil first then place on the pan. HOPE time will prove the non-stick to be durable!5Slippery / awesomeI have used the stovetop pans for years but never a oven pan. Why did i wait? Lol. This pan is almost too slippery. If you move the pan, items slide around. Almost have to move slow to avoid spilling or moving the items on the sheet. I have placed it from cold state in a 425 oven and it didn't warp even the slightest. Cooks well. Be carefull when you set it on the counter, it slides. Everything is slippery except the silicone handles. I have burnt food on it already, oops, i thought well thats the end of that.... nope food fell right off. Litterally fell off. Melted and burnt cheese wouldnt stick. I love this thing5I love these baking traysWow. I love these baking trays! They have a thick heavy non-stick surface & a high lip all around. It bakes & browns food very evenly.. Just used it for the 1st time, food almost rolls off the sheet! ** It's easy to clean while it's still hot from the oven.** Use a wet paper towel & a few drops dish washing liquid, rinse, dry & you're ready to bake again!... I've bought these cookie sheets along with some Silpats (see " Silicone Baking Mats 3-pack" by Chico Chef , for our Daughter.. Will update.. Buy them, you won't regret it ! Will keep what I have for now until ...My husband had purchased Anolon baking sheets for me years ago and it was time to replace them. This product is not the same! Original cookie sheets were heavier and NEVER warped. This one warped the minute I pulled it out of the oven. VERY disappointed. Will keep what I have for now until I find a better replacement and will not be buying this brand again.2That older pan was great for a long timeThis was purchased a replacement for - what I thought - was the same pan that we'd had for years. That older pan was great for a long time. It had just gotten nasty with so much use to the point where cleaning just didn't help with all the stains. Anyway, this new one seems a bit cheaper. As another reviewer pointed out, it warps when it gets hot. Maybe not a big deal depending on what you're cooking. But I expected more from this brand. Always had good experiences with Anolon so this is disappointing.3Best cookie baking sheet ever.I bake cookies every other day,just to give away to friends and fellow volunteers. I have tried many baking pans and had never had the Anolon. My son gave me one as a gift,and I was awestruck. I had to order a second one. They are amazing. The cookies just slide off of them and they hardly need to be washed,nothing sticks. I will never use any other kind.5Nice and heavyThis is a nice heavy sheet pan. The lip makes it oversized compared to other sheet pans, so it is be a bit of a challenge to fit in the cupboard. But it's so nice and heavy that I expect it will be a long time before it warps (if it ever does). The silicone grips are more for looks than utility, though. They really aren't big enough to let you grab the pan -- you still need to use hot pads to make sure you don't get burned. This pan is worth the price.5Heavy-duty baking sheet that won't warpThis baking sheet has the excellent quality of manufacture that's typical of Anolon Advanced perfect fit & finish. One reviewer complained that it is too heavy, and indeed it is heavier than most baking sheets of this size. The upside to the weight is that it's unlikely to warp (and after being put in use maybe 15 times, it has shown no tendency to warp at all). The silicone handle is a bit of a puzzle, as it's not big enough to protect the hand when removing the sheet from a hot oven, especially given the weight. But I've found the handle does provide a good, nonslip area for grabbing with a pot holder. I haven't used the sheet for anything except cookies, so I can't comment on the surface discoloration that has been mentioned when baking French fries, etc. The surface on my looks just as it did when I received it.4
