    Just what the doctor ordered!Replaced a nice Linen Comforter with this beautiful coverlet! Some of the other reviews made me hesitate, but I jumped in to simplify life. It also cut down the additional load of laundry! I can do sheets and coverlet in the same load. The three dogs and six cats haven t destroyed it either. Yeah, I know that s a lot of animals, but they re all rescues. In this house they are gonna live good lives including being up on the couch and bed when invited!I seriously love this coverlet! AND IT S HUGE! It covers everything I want covered and it s light weight! 5Truly king-sized, high quality!!!I was looking for a nice coverlet that would truly fit my king-sized bed. Many others I've ordered do not actually cover the whole bed, even though they are listed as king size. This comforter, however, completely covers the bed and has a nice overhang on the foot and sides of the bed. The color is a beautiful true gray, (doesn't appear tinted purple, blue, or greenish color) and it is so incredibly soft! I will also add that it holds up well to large dogs. We have two big dogs (80+lbs each) that occasionally crawl up onto our bed for a snooze and I have not seen any damage to the fabric or stitching. I would recommend to anyone looking for a quality bedspread for a king bed. 5PERFECT COVERLETThis coverlet is PERFECT and my search for it was exhaustive. No other kings or cal kings were quite big enough but this surely is. Because we have a SleepNumber bed, we cannot have a bed skirt and nothing else was long enough to camouflage the stuff we have hidden under our bed. The material is soft to the touch and the color is a beautiful muted gray (I'm not sure why the other reviewer saw it as having a purplish hue, but it does not. I almost let that review scare me off, but glad I didn't). Classic pattern that never goes out of style. Very elegant looking on the bed and comfortable to sleep under. Highly recommended. 5So happy I ordered this coverlet--it's perfect!!We have a small guest bedroom and I'm finally sick and tired of removing my beautiful, yet puffy, large comforter and decorator pillows and shams when guests arrive! I'm also sick and tired of bedskirts! My Chezmoi Collection spread and shams arrived this morning and are so perfect! The coverlet is definitely a generous size--touches the floor on all three sides and is a perfect thickness. The fabric is very soft, but the quilting gives the coverlet stability. The soft blue color is almost a "neutral" blue if blue works in one's room. I will no longer have to completely remove the comforter I'm replacing as this coverlet can be folded down at the end of the bed. We have a platform bed, a thick King mattress and a box spring and this size is perfect. It covers both the mattress, boxspring and touches the side panels of the our platform bed. We ordered the white one. The pattern is on both sides. I washed and dried it before using it, with no problems. Even with it being oversized, it fits in our washer and dryer. The fabric is soft and not silky, which is what I wanted. It is not too thick and not super thin. I am so glad that I kept searching and searching until I found this one. If I was looking for another color, besides the white, would definitely buy another of this one. 5Exactly what we were looking for!My husband and I just bought a new King size bed and were looking into ordering a comforter that would cover the entire bed as well as still allow enough covers between the both of us and our two dogs that occasionally liked to lay in the bed with us. This cover was perfect! With our king size bed, this king bedspread practically touched the floor on both sides without us laying in the bed and then once under the covers the bedspread still managed to provide enough slack that has not yet left us coverless in the middle of the night from all our constant movements. The sage color arrived so vibrant and exactly how it is pictured. I did a first wash, which I am usually really hesitant about because I feel after the first wash you loose that luxurious feeling you get when the product first arrives, however that was not the case with this product. I followed exactly how the directions stated for the washing and drying process and it came out just as it arrived. I was so happy for that. Just as other reviewers have mentioned, the material works out for both types of temperatures of hot weather and cold weather. So far since we received it we have gone through having to put heat on in our house and also having to put the AC on and in both circumstances we stay the perfect temperature all night. It is so light weight, but still provides the stability of keeping you at a comfortable temperature throughout the night. I would say the same goes for the shams as well if you like to actually utilize your shams as your sleeping pillows at night. The bedspread came very well packaged within its own package as well as the shipping box. We are very satisfied with this purchase and definitely see ourselves buying additional colors in the near future. 5PERFECT IN EVERY WAY! I have been searching for a few years to find a bedspread or comforter or quilt...anything that would be large enough to adequately cover a thick king mattress. This one does!It IS lightweight, but that is what I wanted since it is a cover and something I place on top as a smooth bedspread. The color is as pictured and the stitching is excellent.As you can see in the pictures, I have it folded down at the top where the pillows are located on my bed and it still hangs low enough on every side and at the end. 5Finally a bedspread that my cats can't destroy.I generally prefer all cotton quilts and bedspreads, but my cats eventually tear the fabric. They have tried their best to "kill" this coverlet, but have not been successful in leaving any marks on it - at least so far. It is a perfect fit on my king size bed and the fabric is very soft. I love how quickly it dries and that it comes out of the dryer without any wrinkles. And, the price is extremely reasonable. I'm ordering another one today for the guest bed. 5
