    Couldn't get these onI worked and worked with this strap to get it on my daughter's new pair of glasses but got so frustrated that I just gave up. I have worn glasses most of my life and have used a variety of straps but these were too difficult for me. My daughter and I were both disappointed. 3Might be good, depending on why you need itI suppose your reason for purchasing this will depend on your feelings. I got this because my son's glasses were always sliding down his nose. He's four, and the frames were a size up from what he had been wearing. I found this product difficult to put on, and once I did, I could not get a snug fit around the back of his neck.I was sort of hoping it would mimic the strap on the Miraflex glasses he has worn previously, but it didn't. It would work if you just didn't want the glasses to completely fall off, but they did nothing to help them fit well. 3The opening stretches more than you'd thinkWhen I first tried to put these on my son's glasses, I didn't think they would work, but with some finagling, I got the opening over the 11mm end of the arm and they work perfectly! 5Well done but a bit big for 3 year old.I bought this for my 3 year old who got glasses for the first time. Although they are a bit big, they keep the glasses on which is the main point. The sewn part of the strap reaches almost to the hinge. This covers the whole side of the frame which is unfortunate because he picked out the frames due to the stripe on the side. They are a little baggy on the back of the head but that is fine, room to grow. What I personally don't like (and is NOT the product's fault) is that they make his ears stick out. Not the end of the world and I assume any product will do the same thing. He loves the dogs on the strap and is perfect for a 3 year old boy! 4These are a life saver for my active 9 yr old!My son (age 9) has been wearing one of these bands for three years now. We replace it 1-2x a year, but he wears it all day, everyday, so it gets a little worn after awhile. It keeps his glasses snugly in his face (no more pushing them up all the time), and is still flexible enough to allow him to slide glasses off his eyes while reading/doing close up stuff (Drs orders). These also have taken the place of sport goggles since children's lenses should be made with anti-shatter glass anyway. We love them and will keep buying them. 5Perfect for gymnasts who wear glassesBought this for my daughter who does gymnastics and wears glasses. We had tried a few other kind but this one worked perfect! It makes her ears stick out a little which she had to get used to but other then that its been great! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is a bit hard to get the glasses into the holes but if it wasn't tight, I'm not sure they would stay on as well as they do. I bought a second pair just to have on hand in case she looses the first ones. 4Tiny, skinny tube, what type of kids glasses could fit in there????I cannot understand how other reviewers got these to work. The opening in the ends of the tube where you are meant to insert the ends of the glasses are TINY. So unless your child has skinny wire framed glasses with VERY thin arms, it will not fit in this tube. I just cannot get it. All kids glasses have big plastic frames, what are people using these with? I am lost...truly lost. 1Great For Kids With Glasses Playing Sports!My son started wearing glasses for the first time this year. He's a very active 2nd grader who loves basketball and baseball. I really didn't have the money to buy another pair of "Sports Goggles" (And I new he would outgrow the prescription in a year) so I was looking for a strap to hold his everyday spectacles. I had flashbacks of my dad making me wear the old school glasses strap that looked like it belonged on a crew cut Buddy Holly kid from 1950. I thought to myself, surely they've come out with something better in the last two decades.Bam! They have.Pros:-They do not slide off the stems. Once you have them on they are sturdy and consistent until you take them off. They work like the old novelty chinese finger cuffs we used to play with as a kid.-It's simple enough for him to put on without help. No latches, loops or snaps. You just slide them on.-They look much cooler than the old school straps. For kids worried about vanity these will be appreciated.-He should get multiple seasons out of this strap. Since every kids head is different I measured the band for this review:*Total Length of Band - 13 inches (this includes the length of the band on both sides that is folded over to hold the glasses ear piece). The material is pretty stretchy and can stretch to a full length of 15 inches.*2.25-2.5 inches on either side of the band is sewn narrow to accommodate the glasses. Depending on the size of your kids head you can insert the glasses ear piece all the way into the band or just partially.Width of Band - The band is 3/4 inches wide at the widest point 5
