    Liquids Pass Through and Lots of Crevices for Food to TrapBeautiful but did not work for what I wanted. I wanted to protect surface underneath from getting stained. Unfortunately if you spill a liquid on it, the liquid soaks through and ends up on the counter or table top. The weave design is interesting, but created lots of little places for food to trap. Should come out easily with a brush washing with soap and water. Nice for the right use/purpose, not ours.3Five StarsI love this runner.5I love these placematsI love these placemats! They look beatiful on my table. The edge doesn't look "sealed" though. I guess time will tell if they fall apart. They feel really sturdy now though.5These are easy to clean These are easy to clean, but they are also mesh like, so liquids/sauces will pass straight through to the table. We discovered that with pancake syrup. The only thing I don't like about it is that it's hard to get the curled ends to lie flat. Go great with the ivory table cloth that I also ordered and really dressed up the table for my dinner party. Easy to clean and don't have to be ironed like my other placemats. The Natural came out of the package with marks in the vinyl that could not be removed. Not 13 x 19, actual size 13 x 17 1/2. Any liquid goes right through them onto the wood table. The color looks great with my medium dark wood table 5Stiff vinylI made the mistake of seeing "woven" but skipping over the word "vinyl." The material is pretty stiff - it seems like it would be good for an outdoor table, but it was way too stiff for what I needed. It seems pretty durable, though. One thing to note is that it ships all rolled up, so when you unroll it, the edges curl a bit. I expect this will go away with time, but mine was still curled after several hours.4Nice Beautiful and durable plastic runner that looks like woven cottenWanted a runner to cover my teen daughter s dresser because the cats keep jumping up and are putting claw marks on the edge. The runner is a nice thick nylon/plastic that looks like woven cotton with a bit of metallic simmer to it. Fits the decor of a teens room who loves the color purple and is protecting the dresser beautifully. This item arrived tightly rolled and I had a difficult time straightening the very ends of the runner as ironing and placing it in the dryer were not possible.4
