All good until I roasted a chicken the other dayI bought this pan 2 years ago and only used it 3 times. All good until I roasted a chicken the other day. I let it soak. You can see from the photo it started peeling. Very disappointed. My go to For kitchen was always Farberware but lately it is poor quality. I had the w2 cup percolator for over 30 years until about 3 years ago when we got a new one. We have had 4 since then. I switched to Cuisinart but I miss my original percolator. I wish Faeberware would contact me. Can i get a new pan or a refund?1Stands up to daily useThis baking pan is easy to use daily, fits the size of a chicken, 2 steaks, rack of ribs, and most anything else for a family of 2-4 for dinner. It is easy to clean too, but don't let the surface come into contact with a knife. I cut the rack of ribs in half without removing from the pan and didn't realize how easily it would damage the coating of the pan, which keeps it non-stick. I highly recommend this baking/roasting pan.4Non-stick coating wears right off & it warps!I use this roasting pan at least once a week, both for roasting meats and for baking cinnamon buns. The pan warped within 3 months use. The non-stick coating wasn t very non-stick to begin with and now it s bubbles and peeled off in many areas. Its only been cleaned with soft sponges or a silicon cleaning pad - safe for non-stick items. This pan no longer safe to use and I refuse to line it with foil going forward just to extend its life. I m extremely disappointed in this product!1Sturdy shallow roaster for everyday useThis is a well-built roaster with a very good rack. Unlike the roaster you use for Thanksgiving, this is small enough for a typical roast, ribs, chicken, and vegetables. It works well under the broiler. Fold down handles give a good grip for lifting in or out of the oven. Put some water in the bottom before placing in the oven and it will clean up easily5Great valuePrice was right and this works GREAT for roasting meets or vegetables, as well as making Scrapple. So far there is no discoloration from the use of butter/oils. Does not require scrubbing, the nonstick surface is very efficient.5Great value for the priceI have been very pleasantly surprised with how well this works for the price. If the turkey were any wider it would not have fit so if you are looking for a large roaster this is not for you. For the price, I am very happy with this product. I just trussed the bird and placed a ring of aluminum foil under the wings. I was concerned about being burned or dropping the turkey.The rack is flat, so the turkey rolls around when you try to cook it breast-down.3Lovely Bakeware! This bakeware is perfect. I have used this dozens of time with no peeling that you'd see in your average roaster. The steel rack is just that; steel! Non stick coating pealed off on second useThe nonstick coating is VERY POOR quality. Flakes off very quickly.1Great value, quality product!I compared several roasting pans on Amazon before deciding on this one, and I'm glad that I did! I used it yesterday to prepare a large ham and I had NO troubles whatsoever. I was worried because the ham was so heavy, but the pan is very sturdy. It cleans easily as well.
