Beautiful Card and EnvelopeBeautiful card and envelope. Definitely not just the simple, thin paper envelope on most cards, but was very elegantly made. The only negative aspect was that there wasn't a trace of glue on the envelope flap, so I had to use Elmer's glue to seal it. I was surprised because the rest of the card was high quality.4Poor attention to detailCute idea! Front of the card that says happy birthday is on the card wrong! When you open it you get a side view. Not cool. The front decal should have been rotated 90 degrees, no glue to seal the envelope!3Unimpressed with this Happy Birthday CardDisappointed with my version of this card. When I saw the card it I noticed immediately that two letters in Happy Birthday on the front of the card had not been cut out properly, and when I opened the card I found the same thing again, two letters in Happy Birthday had not been cut out and looked entirely different from the remaining letters. The card looked bad with the lettering problems, as you might imagine, though admittedly the cake did pop up when I opened the card, so I will give them credit for at least pulling that feat off. I will also say that for $5.00, I thought this card in general felt kind of flimsy and not well-made. I usually buy the Hallmark Signature cards at my local stores. These Hallmark cards start at around $4.99, which is a similar price to this card; however, the Hallmark cards look and feel like good quality cards, and, again, I cannot say the same thing for this card.2Nice card but put the barcode somewhere elseI think it is a nice card but the front of the envelope had a barcode printed on it. I'm not sure why they do this but the barcode could be put on the plastic outer wrapping. It is obnoxious to have the barcode on the front of the envelope where you write the persons name.1Not a good cardProblem 1: orientation of the front of the card does not match the orientation of the inside of the card.Problem 2: corner of attachment on the front of the card is looseProblem 3: this looks like a homemade card that someone has been putting together in their craft room. The glue inside the envelope had melted so the envelope got torn when I tried to open it to inset the card. Also there was no glue where you lick the envelope to seal it so I had to use scotch tape to seal it. I was disappointed.1The inside of this card is as pictured. Unfortunately ...The inside of this card is as pictured. Unfortunately the front was oriented in the opposite direction. "happy birthday" was also totally off center on the front. The envelope glue did not seal at all. Had to use tape across the closing.2A BIRTHDAY CARD THAT DOUBLES AS A GIFT...IT'S A CAN'T MISS FOR ANY RECIPIENT!!!!This card was so fabulous, and I definitely plan on purchasing again! Heck, the recipient and one of her best friends immediately asked me where I found such a fantastic card and I of course told them Amazon. They even included a little charm which I used to close her gift bag and she asked about that and I told her it came with the card. She said she'd seen this and other cards like it being sold when she'd visited NYC for like $20+ each, and I told her that now she can this and more on Amazon for less. A definite recommendation! Next time I'm going to write a simple one line catchy greeting on the card, and attach a separate note, since the first comment I got was that I ruined it by writing on it...kind of ironic...a birthday card that's ruined when u personalize it! LOL! I should just keep 1 or 2 around for a simple get out of jail free for a forgotten birthday especially since this particular one seems to double as a presant.5I tossed it outThe orientation of the front of the card didn't match the orientation of the inside of the card. I didn't think I could use it as a birthday greeting because of this so I tossed it out.1Cute idea but not great executionThe inside of the card was as pictured and is very nice. To me, the front of the card is oriented wrong because you have to rotate the card 90 degrees when you open it. In other words, the bottom of the open card is the right side of the closed card. I would not buy this again because of the orientation, the fact that the envelope had no glue at all so I had to use tape to close it, and the cut-out letters on the front were not all cut out. I had to use a razor blade to remove the cut pieces from three letters that were left in.3
