    Best $8 ever! This little thing is incredibly fun. I was so excited to receive this, so the anticipation was building. I got my package from the office and I eagerly opened it in my car. I was surprised to see a small box, as I imagined this to be some technologically advance thing. Anyways, I opened it up, and put the batteries in. I popped it into the toilet per the directions and my cat quickly came over to investigate. She's been staring at the toilet for two hours now. It's cool because it's motion activated so it doesn't waste the battery power, AND it's light activated, so if you put on the overhead light, the color shuts off as to not waste power. 5Useful at night Overall,this is a good, useful gadget to have. The light is bright enough to see if the toilet seat is up or down, but not so much that it wakes me up. It also cycles through several colors for 90sec. It turns on with motion and turns off with light. The only drawback is that it ran through the batteries in 3 days. I think it's turning on every time the light changes in the bathroom (even though it's inside the water closet area behind a closed door). I've moved it around to the other side of the toilet with new batteries to see if it lasts longer. We'll see, I really want it to work, it is useful. 4Like a pretty nightlight but better I've always wanted one of these because I thought they were a funny novelty item. But it's actually really useful & the light is very pretty! My bathroom is around the corner at the end of my walk-in closet. At night it's pitch black but as soon as I turn the corner the light turns on & is bright enough so that I don't have to turn on any other lights to navigate my dark closet & bathroom (I use the bright blue color). 5Simple Sweet...Sanitary? This works just as designed. It's so easy to install. We had the AAA batteries (not included). The small light stick goes in the bowl (gross, but necessary) and the sensor goes outward, toward wherever you'd normally walk in. It detects light and will not turn on if the bathroom light is on, and the motion detector works like a charm when the lights are out.This little thing will make night time bathroom trips easier as there's no longer a need to turn on the overhead light and completely wake up to go. :)We turned off the lights and shut the door to see the thing in action as it cycled through all the colors. It's quite pretty! 4GREAT PRODUCT I originally bought these as a gag Christmas presents for my family. Everyone that got one including myself loved them & I had to purchase more for them & myself. It is great for getting up during the night to use the bathroom and not having to turn on the light. You can find the john with ease. Absolutely amazing. Its so pretty! I set my toilet color to deep blue. It's like a mini swimming pool in my bathroom lol. Why is it great and/or useful you ask? Well, you'll never have to turn the lights on to pee in the middle of the night again. First world problems... I know haha. But still this is pretty cool and I barely needed the instructions to put it together. The box and picture were mostly enough to figure it out. It needs three triple a batteries and has worked well so far. I will update if there are any problems. 4ihomy Toilet Night Light, Motion Activated Toilet Night Light Okay, so we all know that getting up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom sucks, stumbling around feeling for the light switch; well with this awesome gadget you do NOT have to do that any more!! Its motion detector is quick to respond, as soon as i opened my bathroom door there was a calm colorful light that lead me to my path! I was a little iffy with it at first, but after I put it to use I was loving it. I could not bring my self to hook it onto the toilet bowl though, so I've got it on the tank. Its cleaner.........The colors are great, my favorite is the blue, but I've only seen the blue one time. Mine doesn't seem to change... The only down side of the Ihomy Toilet Night Light from my experience is the colors won't change for me, it stays on RED all the time, Its been about a week now. tomorrow (4-20) i'm going to buy new batteries and see if that helps. IF so I will update my review with pictures... But all in all I would recommend this to people. especially those with little ones!! Its extremely handy and good for all ages!!! 5
