    She loved it! The reason that I gave it 4 ... I bought this and put a bunch of pictures in it for my fiance's birthday. She loved it! The reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that taking the back off to put pictures in was more difficult than necessary, and the part to hang on the nail ended up popping off. A little krazy glue fixed the issue no problem, but a hassle none the less. I still recommend this product. 4Not 4x6 Despite stating the dimensions of the frame, the 4x6 were too small for 4x6 openings. The pictures needed to be cut in order to fit. The glass was also dirty when it arrived and needed to be cleaned. This is the only frame I could find that would fit the number of pictures needed to be gifted or I would have returned it. Don t recommend unless you don t care to cut all of your pictures to fit even when you order the listed dimensions. 25x7 Photo Slots Are Too Small! I just received this 9-photo (5x7 size photos) black "puzzle" design frame. The quality is fine, typical inexpensive frame. The design is nice, with all 5x7 slots---- MUCH better than 4x6 slots, which look even smaller on a wall. Opt for larger slots, even 8x10; they are all fairly inexpensive on Shutterfly or other online photo services.BUT, the reason for the 3-stars is that all the 5x7 slots are slightly small, as in 1/8" too small in one or both dimensions. I ordered (9) 5x7 photos, and they didn't fit. If you jam them in, they will bubble or crease. So I had to trim each 5x7 photo by about 1/8", so what should have been an easy job turned into a larger, time-consuming job to fill the 9 photo slots. Yes, I did measure the photos, and they were exactly 5" x 7".Come on, Malden International, you should know better than to screw up the photo slot size. 3Actual frames are smaller than described The description fails to mention that all four sides of each frame cuts off, in total, at least half an inch from the height and width of each photo.So the OPENINGS only show 3.5x5.5 and 3x4.5 of the photos, NOT 4x6 and 3.5 x5 (respectively). The seller should state this.I also don't think it's real wood, but the price is alright and I do like the design. It's just annoying that my photos are basically being cropped on all four sides. Be aware of that before you purchase. 3Perfect for what I was looking for.. Just moved into my first home and these Malden Crossroads Collage picture frames (I purchased the other 2 available also) are perfect for my hallway and exactly what I wanted.I've read a few reviewers mention the dimensions of the frames don't work with their photos, and well.. If you don't know how to edit the dimensions of your own photos by now on a computer and print them out using a reliable/cheap color printer using glossy photo paper in the 21st century, then maybe you shouldn't be buying things on the computer from Amazon in the first place! There's always scissors!Good quality product and well packaged. I would recommend if you like simplicity with a nice modern look. 5Had to trim photographs a little. The frame itself is how I expected, with one problem: the size is not 5x7, but 4 15/16 x 6 15/16. I had to trim 1/8" off each dimension to fit 5x7 photos in it. A minor annoyance, but still an annoyance.I verified with 2 different measures, and every frame was slightly too small for the correctly-sized 5x7 photos. 3Poor quality/cheaply made This frame is VERY poor quaility. I was unboxing it and it fell apart (see box photographed) I barely touched the box corners and it broke. I decided to give it another try and got a replacement but I just wouldn't spend more then $5 on this frame if I had to do it again. 1JUST WHAT I WANTED ! love this frame - just what I was looking for. Going to put my 9 grand kids graduation pictures in it , won't be full for a few years yet as youngest is only 10, but will still be on the wall . Frame is not wood, but still sturdy - is a composite material. Each frame has it's own piece of backing so that you can access each picture individually and also has glass and not a thin plastic sheet that scratches or cracks. I think it was a good purchase. 5What I was hoping for I wanted a wood, nice, collage frame....not a plastic and cheap one. Actually I wanted this frame at a lower cost :)Anyhow, was a bit put off by the price, but I am very happy with what I received. It was exactly what I wanted. Someone said that you had to open the entire back of the photos up, and could not just put in one photo at a time, that is not true. Each photo has its own back. It also has built in hangers which you can use to hang it (either direction). It also has real glass not plexiglass. 5Collage Frame Looks Great! This collage frame is great! You can use it horizontally or vertically depending on how you want to display your pictures (either 5 horizontal and 4 vertical or vice versa). The only thing I didn't pay attention to (totally my fault, never bother to read directions) is that it holds 5x7 size pictures instead of the standard 4x6, but that was easy to rectify and Walgreens/CVS offers those sizes. The frame itself is sturdy and looks very nice, there wasn't any chipping or cracking in the frame. Great purchase! 5
