nice pan, but smaller than advertised.Nice pan, but deep dish "9x13" as it's listed on the choices is really not 9x13". It's 12.6x9.84 but that counts the one inch lip on the ends. The internal size is 10.5 x 9.25" - which is less area obviously. So your baked goods might come out thicker than you expect if you usually use a 9x13. 3Best cookie sheet I have used.The OXO jelly roll pan is superior to any cookie sheet I have used. The textured surface provides air movement and cookies, for example, bake with an even, golden bottom. Also the pan remains flat in the oven. I actually baked cookies for three days in a row after receiving the pan. However, like all cookie sheets it does have a rust issue under the raised edge, but that's a minor issue. Some day manufacturers will find a way to encapsulate or put a non-rust finish on the steel(?) support structure on bakeware. 5Warped a few minutes in to first use. :(Wow. These are beautiful pans and I was excited to swap them out for my old tarnished avolon pans. Within a few minutes at 400F there was a "pop" and one of the pans was warped. So disappointing after all the hype. 1Amazing Nonstick Line, One Side WarpsWe're committed to this gold line from OXO and have started purchasing multiple sizes. The nonstick is out of this world quality (seriously, everything comes off with very little effort). The color allows food to brown evenly without burning or undercooking. Using a cookie sheet instead of a baking sheet (i.e. having only 1/4 of sides) makes it so much easier to wash and remove food.The major drawback is that when hot, the sheet warps. It does return to flat when cool each time, but for anything liquid-y in the oven, it becomes very easy to run off the side. The long back edge with no rim bends upward in the middle while cooking. If this could be solved, it would instantly be a 5-star product. 3don't buyafter a couple of uses and only washing by hand it started to have every pizza stick to it and very hard to clean after trying to clean today I threw it away only owned it for a month or so no a good deal 1You will love these pansReally great and sturdy loaf pans and the color is nice and light. If you bake loaves of Bananna Bread or Pumpkin you should have experienced that the darker coated pans overly brown the outside of the loaf while the middle is still baking...NOT so with these pans. I intend to try more OXO baking products 5Stained and warped, TWICEI got this pan with the hope it wouldn't be as cheap and low quality as the ones I had before. It does feel sturdy and pretty good overall, but I was unfortunately wrong. The pan warped AND remained stained not too long after I began using it (especially considering I do not use it many times a week or anything). I also did not find it especially easy to clean (considering it stained and things did stick to it at times, despite me using oil to coat it even).I decided to contact OXO before the warranty ran out, and they agreed to send me a replacement pan if I sent mine back. I did so, and the new pan arrived. The communication with them was fine and I would consider their customer service a positive experience. Unfortunately, the second pan had the same exact issues as the first. I therefore concluded this is simply a low quality product and not worth getting replaced yet again. It is a hassle to deal with companies more and more often for these defects that are simply the result of low quality or terrible quality control.In my opinion this pan still works okay if you do not expect excellent non-stick performance and accept staining and/or warping. But I would not recommend it, as there are many cheaper alternatives with similar flaws. 1Good quality, definitely non-stick. But note that it needs hand-washing.There's not a huge amount of feedback that I can give you about a cake pan, is there? Like most OXO products, it's well made with reliable construction. It does what you ask of it, and too few things in this world accomplish that much. (Sometimes we are grateful for small things.)You might be drawn to the non-stick attribute of this particular pan, as I was. It fulfills that promise, too. I've done a fair amount of cooking in this pan in the last several months, from paleo lasagna to chicken traybakes to yes, a cake or too. Some of those escapades would have qualified for the "before" images in a TV ad for dish soap ("You try rubbing, scrubbing!"), but the OXO cleaned up in a jiffy.The price for that non-stick status, however, is that you really have to hand wash the pan -- at least according to the instructions that came on the package. You can't fling this into the dishwasher or -- says the documentation -- you'll lose the slick surface. I haven't dared to challenge those instructions. And I hate to hand-wash anything, which makes me more likely to reach for another baking tin instead. 5Not actually dishwasher safe despite description.I bought this specifically because the description on Amazon said it was dishwasher safe, but the actual product is labeled hand wash only. 1Bread came out perfect!I've long been on the lookout for a good loaf pan. All the pans I had used so far that I purchased from stores kept resulting in overly cooked / hard bottoms and sides. This OXO loaf pan had great reviews and a unique bottom design so decided to give it a shot.I just used my bread pan for the first time to make banana nut bread, and I was ecstatic about how well it came out! The crust had risen and browned perfectly without burning on the sides or bottom. My husband said the bread tasted buttery and delicious. Amazing! Check out the picture to see how my banana nut bread looked after baking and starting to cool on a cooling rack.I was a bit hesitant about the cleaning aspect of it since I saw that another customer complained it being difficult with the bottom design. However, I found it to be easy with a dish scouring (one that's safe for non-stick pans) rag. I can see how it may be more difficult with a regular sponge. There were just a thin layer of bread crumbs on the side and bottom after removing my bread (it plopped right out just by tipping the pan upside down and shaking a bit), and the loaf pan was spotless after cleaning.I'm excited to try more recipes knowing that my burned-bread days are hopefully over. As the instructions say, be sure to keep an eye on cooking progress since this pan cooks more efficiently and evenly.To summarize, buy this pan! 5
