    These Find Great UtilityI have been familiar with Smead products and their unsurpassed quality for years since leaving the military in 1964. Because of a recent car accident I have been inundated with incoming material from the Veteran's Administration; their doctors, outside physicians, physical therapists, physical medicine, attorneys etc. In such cases there is always the sundry associated reviews, and informational items among other material. Being a former practicing PA too; I find it is necessary to maintain watch over my care with updated information coming in all the time and with knowledge of full prescribing information on any medication being offered. Busy physicians in a specialty and other practice often do not have a command of the full spectrum of issues which I found better served with full knowledge of my care. These Smead files permit placing critical material in order and containing a large amount of paper. They are simply the best. Thanks.5Good PriceI found the quality to be fine. I didn't look through the entire box to see if any of the sides where not sealed like some had mentioned in their reviews. I bought them because the price seemed fair and they were delivered to my home. I use them to keep receipts and tax info that comes in for taxes.I ran out of my other ones and realized how much I missed having the 3 close sided folders to put tax stuff in as it comes in.5Great for organizationI purchased these to organize the piles of reference materials and articles I use for my employment. I have little storage, so I use these to group materials together, and then store these in storage cubes on my shelf. They seem pretty sturdy and have held up to being jammed with a lot of items, and removed and put back into the storage cubes. I also use them to organize the hand outs and materials in my student's program kits. They are far superior to the standard file folders and keep everything contained.4these have helped me tame my disorganized files and paperworkI suppose I don't have to hold on to EVERYTHING but I put off throwing away a lot of paperwork. Some of this paperwork has been very important for my getting various reimbursement from my employer and insurance companies. These fit nicely into "banker's boxes." my medical paperwork -- copies of lab and x-ray results etc. now have their nice organized locations.i will shortly give a numerical designation to each of the files and an index of these numbers so that I can go to the folder i need to file to or retrieve something from.5Lots of great uses!I use the pocket jackets for my business transactions. Having the jacket versus the file folder has been helpful as papers do not fall out. When I have to travel with documents in the jackets, I use a binder clip on the top to insure papers inside do not get mixed up with other files in baggage that is checked as well as carry on items. The jackets are made of a thicker file material than most regular file folders. I have also found that the file jackets work great for keeping craft items organized.5Best ever file jackets!These file jackets are of very good quality and I am a repeat buyer. The size is great - it will hold a LOT. We run a few small businesses, and seem to accumulate a never ending stream of paper and receipts, etc despite the use of computers. Everything gets rounded up in these files and it makes keeping track so much easier. It is surprising how many we can go through, so I like being able to buy this large quantity box so we always have them on hand. The price here is quite good, compared to office supply stores or discount stores, so it's a win-win all around. I highly recommend this product for anyone who needs to organize and corral endless bits of paperwork.5PerfectThick, nice a.nd big, holds a lot of stuff. My son has a business where he has a ton of plastic laminated sheets that have to be organized into categories. These folders turn a stack of slippery sheets that are a nightmare to manage into a well organized assortment. Lots of uses if you have lots of paper stuff to keep together, and is too much for a normal file folder.5Good folders - getting cheaperHave used these for decades. Very handy and convenient. Last couple of boxes can tell they have "value engineered" these - made cheap. Glue at edges comes loose on WAY too many of them now! Never was a problem until last couple of years. I keep a bottle of Titebond III wood glue around to put them back together - then they are great again!3Design & Construction Exactly As Described -These file jackets expand to 1" deep, just the right depth for the items I'm filing. They 're made of a heavy Manila 80 Lb card stock, and the only knock I have is that the glue along one side of the fold causes the fold to stick to the back of the jacket. To fix this you have to carefully run a finger down the inside of the file jacket, taking care not to break the glued fold. Otherwise, these file jackets are excellent for their intended purpose, and I'd buy 'em again.5Big box of file jackets, fine for use inside a file cabinetMade well so they won't rip apart on first use as happens with some of the less expensive file jackets. No recommended for carrying around, they are best suited for filling with papers and popping into your cabinet. 50 file jackets for under $20 is an excellent value, we will be replacing our old file folders with them and expect they will last for many years.4
