Low Carb? Baked Cheese Doesn t Stick Bought this for new low carb eating ... bake squares of cheese into crackers, or sprinkle shredded cheese, bake and make mini-taco shells using this pan! No sticking and perfect size. Makes conformity of cheese crackers. I recommend 2-3 (but I made 100s of cheese crackers over Thanksgiving to go with dips). Bought this one to send to my daughter who now wants a pan for her apartment. 5Much better than I could have hoped for .... I was thrilled to find the Wilton Everglide muffin tins on Amazon! The pans were the # 1 recommended muffin pan by Cooks Illustrated until they were discontinued....Here is the review from the Cooks Illustrated website:...Wide extended rims and raised lip make this tin very easy to grip even with thick oven mitts. Its durable construction withstood abuse, and its non-stick coating consistently released. As you can see in my photographs the muffins are well browned, perfectly shaped, and there is hardly an residue on the pan for me to clean up. All I did was butter the side and bottoms of the individual muffin spaces, and when they were done baking , I just turned the pan over and all the muffins fell out!!!Based on my experience over the past 3 months, I would rate the pan even higher than Cooks Illustrated!5 Stars in every category......Do not hesitate in purchasing the pans, you will not be disappointed.Also, as of today 6/16/16, Amazon has the pans priced at $ 16.11, and that is such a good price , I may even by 2 more!7/6/16 Update - I just made sausage,egg and spinach muffins. As you can see in the photo, the contents bubbled over the muffin cup. With the elevated edge, the excess stayed in the pan...not a drop on my oven!!! Also, the muffins came right out when I turned the tin over. Still very happy with my purchase!!! 5Perfect for egg sandwiches I bought this pan to cook eggs in for sandwiches. Regular muffin tins cook the egg too thick so it doesn t reheat well. This pan cooks the egg to the perfect thickness. 5Truly non-stick, unique product Absolutely no sticking with this product and my pumpkin spice muffin tops turned out great! The only thing it's missing is directions for how to change recipe time/temp for cooking instead of muffins. I lowered temp by 25 degrees and did 75% normal time and that worked. 5Great for breakfast bagels I read a few reviews that said eggs stick in this pan. Eggs can be tricky in any pan. Even though the pan is nonstick I always spray the pans for that extra help. I received the pan yesterday, made 12 eggs for my homemade breakfast bagels. 375 for 14 min -little bit too long, I'll probably do 12min next time so they are a bit soft but perfect to reheat. They still came out great and slid right out of the pan. 5Nice Quality I bought this muffin top pan to make hamburger buns. That didn't work out because it's not big enough. Instead, they came out looking more like standard sized biscuits. With that said, I still love this pan. It feels high quality and kind of on the heavy side.Also, the no-stick seems a cut above. I've tried a lot of bake ware that claims no-stick but this outperformed any I've ever tried. Yesterday, I was baking a huge batch of vegetarian burger patties. I made so much that I had to use this pan to bake 5 batches in a row without even washing the pan in between. I also didn't use oil to coat it. Each time they glided out easily. Afterwards, it was also a breeze to wash.Happy with purchase. If I need anymore pans I'll probably look first to see what Wilton has. 5Only works the very first time, STICKS terribly. I use this only for cooking eggs for homemade egg-sausage sandwiches and it worked perfectly the first time; the eggs came out without sticking. But EVERY time after that, the eggs have stuck so badly that I lose a lot of the patty, no matter if I grease/oil/butter/spray the pan. It's really frustrating and I will probably stop using this pan. I have only one greasing method left to try, and if that fails, then bye-bye pan. Very disappointed. 1Love this pan Love this pan! I make 12 breakfast sandwiches at a time and then freeze them. Eggs cooked in here are the perfect size for an English muffin. Spray liberally with nonstick spray. (Eggs stick!) I lightly scramble them individually and then bake them in a convection oven for 12 minutes at 300, turned halfway through. That way they are a little underdone but finish cooking when I microwave them. It's very convenient. Breakfast is ready in 1 minute. 5Really Good! Sooo Grandbaby loves blueberry muffin tops. This pan is perfect-after i figured out the amount of time needed to bake. It would have been much easier/nicer to have the time as part of the instructions! Great to just pop into the dishwasher after use. 4Low-carb bakers, rejoice! I bought the muffin top "tops" pan in order to make low-carb/keto diet friendly buns, and it's perfect! Seriously non-stick and easy clean-up. Using coconut flour or almond flour recipes online, it's by far the easiest way to inexpensively make low-carb hamburger and sandwich buns. I recommend it for anyone who's on keto or similar diets. 5
