Easy to cleanMini Bundt fluted tube cake pan. Good purchase on my part and was looking forward to making a few things. Have tried a few recipes and I like the pan and how it cleans. I am sure I will be using this a lot. Good product. I recommend it.5Great showy panThe first one sent to me had some sort of pitting in the non-stick but it was easy to return.I love this pan for little brownies and cakes.I use safflower oil in a mister to grease the pan before use and have no problems with release.I would recommend a soft bottle brush to clean as crumbs and bits of oil can be left behind and a sponge just doesn t seem to clean it without a lot of effort.I don t have a dishwasher but even if I did I d still wash all my Wilton by hand.5Bitesize bundtsI purchased both this and the 'tiny' 6 bundt pan. I posted a picture side-by-side showing the size difference, for those who are wondering.The mini 12-pan bundts are only 2-3 bites.Whereas the tiny 6-pan bundt welds 8-10 bites.To prevent muffin tops, I poured 4 tbsp of batter into the 6-pan tiny bundts, and 2 tbsp of batter into the mini 12-pan mini bundts.The flavor combos are endless. I just did raspberry-lemon.5Great ProductThis was exactly what I was looking for. The perfect size and the pan is non-stick so it was easy to clean.5Love Wilton pans!I love Wilton pans! They are heavy weight, cooks evenly and cleanup is easy. The same day I received this mini fluted pan, I couldn t wait to give it a try. I just sprayed each section with some canola oil spray, made my batter for banana nut bread and filled each cup about 2/3 filled and baked. They only took about 12 minutes at 325 degrees F. As opposed to 45-50 minutes in a loaf or square pan. When they were done and cooled a bit, I just turned the pan over and the muffins just fell out. I tried to make Nothing Bundt Cakes, I failed (i don't know what they put in theirs -- probably mayo and 50lbs of butter) but I still ended up with some decent cupcakes! Threw away almost 35 cakes as they would not come out in one piece. I only hand-washed it too. I'll stick with muffin tins and paper liners!1Baked 200+ mini cakes with this panI baked over 200 cakes with this pan for my wedding. I found that Pam with flour worked best as a nonstick coating. Fill these only 2/3 full, otherwise you ll have a muffin top.5
